not able to update Whatsapp

When trying to update Whatsapp, I get the following message in the Apple store - Apple ID unavailable. This is incorrect, I just updated another app without any problem. I already updated my password, that also did not help. Who’s able to help?

Check your purchases history to see if the app shows there. If it does, contact iTunes Support.


 Purchase History Review


If it doesn't show in your purchases history, try deleting the app and download it using your current Apple ID.


Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
