Apple Watch eid

i went to my network provider for the e aim for my Apple Watch .. however they asked me to get the EID from the Apple Watch so that they can provide me the e sim .. they checked and couldn’t find so

advised me to visit apple store in Dubai Mall ..

can anyone help me with my eid please
