No period or comma on iPad keyboard
Just updated to iOS 12.2 and the keyboard no longer has the period or comma. Any idea where they went? Kinda frustrating.

You must be using the iPad in portrait mode. They appear on the keyboard as expected in landscape mode.
Even though they do not appear on the keyboard, they will still appear in your documents, emails, etc, as the comma and period when you type and tap on those keys. You will still need to use the shift key in order to type the exclamation point and the question mark.
