Greetings, cb1946.

I see that your iPhone thinks you've forgotten your home's Wi-Fi network password, and I'm happy to help.

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points -- Make sure your Wi-Fi router is set up with the correct settings.

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference -- Make sure there's no interference with your iPhone connecting with your network.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network -- Then, review the information and apply the steps provided in this article to connect your iPhone with your home's Wi-Fi network.

If the issue persists, please answer the following questions:

  1. Which model of iPhone are you using?
  2. Which iOS is it currently on?
  3. Does this problem happen with any other networks?

Let me know how that goes, and take care!
