tried wiping my macbook air won't restart getting flashing folder with question mark

i wiped the sad drive and somehow got out of that and when i tried to restart i get a flashing folder icon with a question mark in the center.

MacBook Air 11", macOS 10.14

Did you restart in macOS Recovery?

IF you erased all the hard drive, then the internal 'recovery' partition

may also be gone entirely. The keyboard shortcuts vary according to

what you need to do, and how the mac may respond in Recovery.
