Apple music is not working on MacBook Air

Apple music is not working on my MacBook air. I cannot access my music and I cannot open the iTunes store from my mac.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

I’ve tried everything the article suggested. I’ve also spent about 2 hours on the phone with two different Apple associates. They are so nice, but unfortunately they can’t figure the problem out. The last thing we tried was reinstalling OS Mojave. When it was finished downloading I checked and still iTunes is not functioning correctly. In addition to this problem now my email is not showing new emails. When I try to refresh, a message comes up that there’s an Account Error. It’s becoming very frustrating. I’ve only had this computer for about a year.
