Hello, I just purchased a new radio for my car, with CarPlay.. but I can’t connect my phone, cause there’s no CarPlay settings visible. I have an iPhone 8.. I have searched on google, and browsed through settings, but can’t find anything.. anyone had the same problem?

In addition to all the other suggestions, make sure if you have restrictions enabled that you have not accidentally disabled CarPlay as part of your restrictions settings.
Restrictions are configured at Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If you then click on Allowed Apps you can see if CarPlay is disabled or not.

It should be under Settings > General.

Have you tried to force restart your iPhone?
Also don't forget that you most likely have to plug your phone into your radio.
Very few are wireless
What is your version of IOS?

Perhaps your area does not support CarOlay.
As you can see here, there’s no CarPlay option. My area does allow CarPlay, my girlfriend has it available and she has an iPhone 8 +
My radio is wireless, brand new top model pioneer. iOS is 12.2
Have you turned on Siri?
