Apple Music Artists Help

I have used a distributor by the name of Spinnup to upload my own song onto apple music, when it finally uploaded I noticed that somehow my artist name was posted incorrectly as “Davey :” in stead of “Davey (:”. I also attempted using the link to the song in order to share my music, but the link that takes you to apple music, shows a pop up saying “not currently available in United States”. I have attempted contacting the Spinnup support team earlier today, and haven’t gotten a reply yet. I was hoping you would be able to help adjust my song link and artist name to be correct and shareable. I appreciate any help or information back to me, let me know if there is anything you can do (:.
