Can I edit the stocks widget?

I want to have different sticks and indices on the Apple Stocks app

iPhone 7, iOS 12

Apple stocks app New IOS 13 removed the “menu” option in the Stocks App. I can not rearrange stocks anymore.

Yes. Click the Hamburger menu in the lower right hand corner of the stocks app.
