Apple Root Certificate Program

Hi, in January 2019 we applied to Apple Root Certificate Program for a new CA root certificate inclusion by following all the steps and submitting all the documents as per this page: https://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/ca_program.html

Its now 3 months later and still no response received (besides the automated acknowledgement to all our follow ups).

How does one find out the status of an application, when will it be processed and how long should we expect to wait for an outcome decision from their evaluation?

Please can someone advise on this, thanks!
