My iPads are not being configured with my organizational profile because the activation server cannot be reached. I can activate them if connected to my MacBook and I do a restore. Any idea what may be causing the issue?

What about the network restrictions in Your company?
I have verified that all the required ports are open and I can manage all the other devices through the network so I don't believe that is the problem.
