Apple watch update drops heart rate dispaly

I've updated to 12.2 and now my heart rate doesn't display on the face anymore (all that shows is the words Heart Rate). Its also missing from the complications. The app is there, and if I touch the Heart Rate words, it opens the app. I've tried different faces etc., but can't get it to show.

How do I get the heart rate to display on the face again?
