Apple Music issue

I have issues with Apple Music

my spouse added me to a Family share, but I can’t connect to it and use music.



When I go to turn on theApple Music on it wants me to purchase it again.

I need your assistance,

  1. The shared feature of Apple Music seems currently turned Off. The organizer needs to turn that On.
  2. The family organizer needs to be the one that gets the Apple Music Family subscription (not Student or Individual). The other members of the family group do not subscribe, but get access to the service by being part of the group with such a subscription.
