problem with exercise ring tracking

Several times now I am out walking at a brisk pace and the exercise ring stops tracking at about 15 minutes. Frustrating. XS and 4. I have all the new updates.

I don't want to reset fitness calibration data because I don't want to lose all my records. But am at the point where I am willing to pay that price.

Any advice?

Ok couple of things. Recalibrating your Watch you will not lose any data. Try a reset press the crown and side button in until the Apple logo appears. Then try it. If still issues unpair your Watch and repair it. Again back up your phone before hand. Then you won’t lose any data as you can restore form backup. Lastly check your Watch is updated to os 5.2 and your iPhone is running iOS 12.2
