Cant reinstall macos after ereasing macintosh

Hello

Yesterday i wanted to reset my macbook pro. So i restarted and pressed command + r. Then i went into disk utility and ereased something (think it was macintosh hd). When trying to install mojave it failed. Then i restarted the computer and it went into internet recovery (because a folde with a question mark was flashing). After 30 minutes i could press install macos again. But now it was macos sierra. It estimatef 6 minutes, but it was very very slow and it failed as well.

I dont know how to fix this. Ive tried to look it up. Any suggestions?
