I have turned on filevault and started encryption process, and now my os don't starts, so i started decryption process from cmd+r, but it paused on 2%! What i'm gonna do to fix it?

It's allready 1 week past, but progress still 2%, i thought that at least must be some progress to see that it's really encrypting... That's why i'm thinking that there is some error in filevault option. Also i can't login to mac os cause it's loop the reboot progress always! If someone forced with same problem please tell me what i must do to solve it...
Decryption may take days or even weeks in some cases.
Yikes, something is broken... does it boot using CMD+r keys on startup?
