Thanks for clarifying. If you don’t see the Subscription option once you View your Apple ID in Settings > your name > iTunes & App Stores there are a few things you can do.

First, restart your iPhone and check again. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve an issue like this. Also, make sure you’re scrolling down on the Account Settings page.

Next, make sure you’re on the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone and if you see an update available, create a backup of your iPhone and get the update:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you still don’t see a subscriptions option, go to Settings > your name > iTunes & App Stores, tap on your Apple ID and sign out. Restart your iPhone once more and sign back in with the Apple ID you have or had an active subscription with and check again.

Reach out to Apple Support if you continue to have the issue after that:

Hi there Alan000Alan,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re not seeing a subscription button in the Settings app on your iPhone and I’d be happy to help with this.

While you can view, change, or cancel your subscriptions from Settings on your iPhone, most initial subscriptions are started from within the app you’re wanting to subscribe to. For instance, if you want to subscribe to Apple Music, you open the Music app on your iPhone and choose the kind of subscription you want from there.

Once you have an active subscription, you can go to Settings > your name > iTunes & App Stores. From there, tap on your Apple ID and then View Apple ID. Subscriptions will be in this screen. Tap on that and you can manage your active subscriptions there. Take a look at this article for more details on this process:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

Best wishes
