do Apple cover cracked screens

had my iphone in November,dropped it and screen has smashed ,am i covered

iPhone XS, iOS 12

If you just have the regular warranty, then no. You will have to pay for the repair.

Accidental damage voids the warranty, so repair fees will apply. If you have AppleCare+ you have two accidental damage claims that will reduce the standard out of warranty fee.
