You will need to erase, then restore your iPad (I hope you have been backing up regularly?) using the directions in this link via iTunes on your computer. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes running and follow the directions EXACTLY: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
Note: When you create a new passcode, WRITE IT DOWN SOMEWHERE SAFE so you don't have to go through this again.
