Hi!

I’m guessing by what you’re saying is can you recover a back up on a old Apple ID.

If you have a pervious back up on your old Apple ID, try to log in to your Apple ID.

Once logged in, press iCloud.

Once you have pressed iCloud, go to “iCloud Back Up”

Once you pressed, “iCloud Back Up”, look below the “Back Up now” button.

It should tell you when your device was last backed up.

Once you you have confirmed you want that back up on your phone, restore your iPhone and choose the back up upon the option on what you like to do.
