I spilled water on my macbook air and it opens, but the screen is toooooooo dark.

So, i spilled water on the keyboard, after 5 seconds i dried it up using a towel, now i placed some towels on the screen so it can grab any water droplets if it does. It is unplugged too. When i press the open button, the sound comes, and the screen opens too, but you can barellly, barely see the screen and i cant change the screen resolution. So i suppose my screen has water in it? thanks

Turn it off, unplug it, and don't use it until you get it examined as doing so could cause further damage to it. If you need the link to make an appointment, here it is:
