How to make HomePod Stereo Pair work with iTunes for Windows?

I cannot get my HomePod Stereo Pair to show up in iTunes for Windows (12.9.4.102). How can I get this to work? It works fine on my Mac. In Windows, I'm limited to selecting both HomePods independently which doesn't allow me to utilize the Stereo Pair feature and it isn't the same experience. I cannot find anything about this anywhere on how to make this work.

It doesn’t work on my MacBook Air either. Still though, mine is in sync.

see the link, it actually shows you need to select multiple speakers on a Mac or PC. No mention of the pairing,
