Apple ID settings
For almost two years now, my Apple ID has been “locked”. I have changed my password multiple times and I am still not able to log into update the Apple ID settings. The password is able to log into the store and iTunes to buy apps and music, but I’m unable to log into my iCloud or Apple ID settings without receiving this message - once again, for almost TWO years. I have contacted Apple support in the past, and they’ve suggested factory resets on the phone but they still don’t work.
