IPhone 8 home button makes disturbing vibrations

my iphone 8 + just started to make disturbing sounds everytime im clicking the home botton , its probably i dropped it few weeks back , can you please help me ? if you had similar problem and its solved

The home button on the iPhone 8 is not a real button, but when pressed, it senses that and you get a haptic response. There is a setting for that in Setting. I cannot see it with an iPhone Xs, but you can set the strength of the haptic response. However, if it is very loud, it could be that the drop damaged the device. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have it checked.
