Had to get a new phone today - because when trying update my iPhone 6s - my phone locked up and wouldn't come on and stay on - the gentleman at the store called it a dot loop - whatever that means but did say Apple is having issues with the older iPhones updating recently. Now I have a iPhone XR and need to get the Data backed up on the mac to my phone so my contacts and Apps load on the new phone.
