backed up my iphone 7 to icloud, then tried to transfer it to new iphone xr. Both when I do it through my ipad and manually. Once I get to the True Tone Display, it spins. I've left it for over an hour and nothing happens. I've restarted multiple times and face the same issue.

Hi! i have been having the same issue and the people at tech service couldn't help me but i found a solution by myself. so i connected to itunes and reseted the iphone. now you have to back up and avoid setting up things like "pin password" or "face ID", skip all those and you will finally get to backup your phone! make sure you are connected to a good wi-fi network
