Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you want to check your iCloud email on an iPad that isn't yours. One way to do this would be to temporarily add your iCloud account to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and then removing the account when you're done.

Another way to do this would be to use the Safari app to go to iCloud.com and then use the Request Desktop Site in the Share menu of the Safari app.
