Subscription not registered in app

I bought a 3-month subscription in the App Store for an app. You can also buy it directly in the app but that’s not what I did. My card has been charged and it all looks good under subscriptions under my Apple ID. There it says that the subscription is active.

However, the premium (subscription) hasn’t been registered in the app. There is still says that I have to upgrade to premium.

How can I solve this? Pls help! Thanks!

Not knowing which app it is, have you tried quitting the app and reopening it? Signing out and then back in? Contacting the Developer for assistance?
