Forwarding texts to Android

You send a message from Message app.

For iPhone users it will be received as iMessage (No Carrier Charge)

For non-iPhone users it will be received as Text message (Carrier Charge Applicable)

iPhone will do it automatically for you.

If you want to send MMS to non-iOS user the please enable MMS messaging

Do you mean fowarding an individual message? Or do you mean forwarding all of your messages automatically?

No, there is no way to do that from an iOS device. Contact your carrier to see if it's a service they offer.
