My iPad Pro has gone blank and I can’t reset it

First of all, connect your iPad to external power - allow to charge - and then attempt a forced restart.

If you still cannot restart your iPad, raise a case with the Apple Support team using the Contact Support link at top right of this page - or take your iPad to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. The helpful boys and girls at Apple will be very helpful in diagnosing the fault, should one exist, and get you back up-and-running.
