Unblocking and Messages

I blocked and then unblocked a contact last night for about 10 minutes and now the contact that I unblocked and I cannot receive each other's texts. The texts are delivering but we are not receiving them, calls do not work.

Delete the message threads associated with that contact. Delete the contact. Add the contact back. Try again.
