Screen Capture Apple TV while connected to Laptop / Desktop

Hi There,

I would like to stream mobile game via apple TV (its easy to get game audio this way). I would like to connect apple tv as an input on to my laptop where I would screen capture it and stream it on some platform. Is this possible ?

Current setup -> Connect iPhone to Laptop -> Screen Capture this ( no audio ).
