what does a face icon mean next to a note
In my iPhone notes a face icon appears next to one of the notes. What does this mean? None of the other notes have the face image.
Means the Note has been shared by you with someone

Where exactly are you seeing this icon. If you are looking at a note, in the upper right corner you may see a person's head/shoulder icon with a plus mark. That allows you to add people to a note. Is this what you are referring to?
