Error 106 installing GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0, Safari 12.1

I've been trying to install the following available updates: GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0, Safari 12.1, but after downloading them there is an error message when it tries to install, please see the screen shot below. After clicking ok, the message "No Updates Available" appears on the update page of the App Store. I'm running GarageBand 10.3.2 on High Sierra on an iMac dating from mid 2011.

The version 12.1of Safari is now installed, but there is still a problem when I try to update GarageBand Instruments and Apple Loops 1.0. The following screenshot shows what happens when I click on the update button:
