Wrong language autocorrect

Sometimes when I try to text someone the autocorrect and predict text on my phone suggest words similar to what I’m typing but it’s in a different language. When this happens most, if not all, of the words are underlined in red. I don’t have any pictures but I’ll try to remember to get some if this happens again. Any Idea of what might be causing this? I checked the keyboard settings but didn’t find that I accidentally set a language similar to what’s being suggested.

iPhone SE, iOS 12

Ok so apparently it’s Dutch but I never chose that ???

What do you have on the list in settings > general > keyboard > keyboards? That is where autocorrect language gets determined. Remove what you don't want. Also look at Dictionaries and unselect any language you don't want.
