Verizon iPhone XR dropping calls

So my new iPhone XR through Verizon has been constantly dropping calls after about 10 seconds of connection, sometimes quicker on incoming calls. I have restarted the phone countless times with only a few hours relief of the issue.

My XR Drops calls after a few seconds as well. The phone is worthless. That or Apple and Verizon hate each other and don't want to work together. Whatever. It's frustrating and makes an iphone worthless. It can't do the most basic function of what phones were made for.
