How do I switch my iPhone 6s+ to landscape from portrait mode?

Hello,


Go to the Control Center and verify that portrait lock (pad-lock icon with a circle) is not on. If it is on, turn it off etc.


Then just turn your phone on its side (landscape) mode.


Note: not all apps support landscape mode. If not, nothing will happen.

thank you very much for your reply but no luck. I went to “control center” but did not see any “padlock icon with a circle” on my IPhone 6s+. My reason for wanting to view in “landscape” is to better view my IPhone map and the Waze map app.


Any other suggestions are welcome. I’ll try anything.
