Can I use the Gift Card for my iCloud payment?
I’d like to use my gift card for my iCloud payment. Is this possible and IF so, how do I enter it?

Yes, as long as it's an iTunes Store or Apple Music gift card and not an Apple Store gift card. For instructions please see:
