Partitioning Error BC, 49187 (APFS, macOS Mojave)

During bootcamp process in Mojave (APFS), at the end while portioning process the BC application could not achieve to make a partition for BC windows near APFS sector. I tried doing manually but same error.

I tried time machine screenshot reset and FileVault was off. These did not work.

Is there any way to overcome this issue without formatting the whole disk , making 2 partitions(APFS for Mojave and Mac OS extended journaled for BC) before restoring from a time machine backup ?

Post the output of

sudo fsck_apfs -n -l /dev/rdisk1

from macOS Terminal.

Start up your Mac in single-user mode or verbose mode - Apple Support and run

fsck_apfs -s -o -y /dev/rdisk1

If you get any errors, see the footnote under step 6, which uses Command+S to boot into Single User Mode, instead of the new method.

This time BC passed the partitioning stage and Windows started , it seems that windows is loading now.
