Good afternoon famoushelp,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you are trying to access your Apple ID account information using the iTunes software.

"iTunes won't let me open Accounts on pull down"

Do you mean you don't see your Apple ID account listed, or when you click on your account nothing happens?

The first thing I would suggest is to launch Safari and go to the Apple ID website and sign in with your Apple ID and password. You can edit any account information here, and also update your payment information.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

After you have updated your Apple ID account, log out of the website.

Then, download the most recent version of iTunes for your operating system on your Mac:

Update to the latest version of iTunes

Restart your computer and see if you are able to access your Apple ID account using iTunes after peforming these steps.

famoushelp, if these steps do not resolve your issue, please reply to this thread with additional information and I'll do my best to help you!

Take care.
