Scrolling freezing on iPad pro

I was having random freezing on iPad Pro while in browsers and misc online apps. Made sure I was on latest os, updated all apps, did full reset of all settings, closed out all open apps, disabled background refresh, turned off notifications- all this and still it was randomly freezing up for a second or two while entering text and scrolling. Turned off my third party password manager and kept the iOS one and problem solved. No more freezing.
