I’ve forgot my 6 digit passcode for iPhone 6

ive forgotten my 6 digit passcode for my iPhone ... the phone is disabled now and it’s days to connect through iTunes ... ive tried but I’m not sure how.

pls can you help me to access my phone? Thank you
