Cannot cancel auto renewal

I have a subscription for an App which I'm not able to cancel. In subscriptions I don't get option to either cancel or report a problem. It's on auto renewal. I purchased a longer subscription directly through developer's e-mail offer so now I have paid to them and Apple keeps charging me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Failing that, try https://getsupport.apple.com

and navigate (you may need to click 'See all products and services') to the iTunes section.

As you are probably aware the process for cancelling a subscription created in iTunes is described here:

However it sounds as if you made the subscription through the app developer so you will need to take it up with them. You could also try iTunes Support:

but if the deal is with the developer there may be nothing they can do.
