lost money

I had $30 on my apple card and now it isn’t there. I would appreciate it if you could help me know where it went and if I can get it back.

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store [iOS, computer, or web] - Does not include purchases made by others under Family Sharing; those have to be checked from their accounts.http://support.apple.com/HT204088


If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Does not mention purchases made under Family Sharing which might be charged to the organizer's card but will not appear under the organizer's purchase history or subscriptions. Ask family members about those or check your receipts.

Report A Problem to "Sign In for help with iTunes purchases made in the last 90 days" or ask for a refund -->
