I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1.4 (about a year old)
I use it with a Dell PC (< 2 years old) . . .
I am unable to install the newest version of iTunes - and get an "error 1607" - which is un-recognized on the Apple site.
This is sooooooooo incredibly infuriating and such a waste of time
Any help appreciated
