iPhone X series dual sim function

Last year, the iPhone XS, XS max, and XR was introduced with the dual sim functionality. It would be great if we can use the iPhone X series at its full potential as Apple has promised. As of April 2019, is there any phone carrier in USA that support the dual sim function using eSIM for the second number yet?
