MacBook Air Dual External Monitors

I just bought a new MacBook Air for my home office and 2 - 27 inch Samsung monitors. I want to use the external monitors for dual display so I can compare spreadsheets side by side. Nothing fancy and no video. I also bought a USB Type-C to HDMI adapter. The display settings, however, only offer the MacBook Air screen and 1 external monitor. Is there a solution to allow 2 external monitors? Mine is macOS Mojave Version 10.14.4

Hello randallbradford,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to get both external displays to work with your MacBook Air. Looking at the technical specifications, the new MacBook Air can support up to two external displays with 4096-by-2304 resolution at up to 60Hz, and here is more info to help with your situation.
