Iphone 6 will not update apps after installing IOS 12.2
After installing IOS 12.2 on my Iphone 6 I cannot update any of the apps. Phone tries and it just keeps going back to update notification and the apps are listed as Pending.

Pending generally means the device is not connected to the Internet. Are you attempting to update while connected to cellular data, or are you on wi-fi? Have you checked to ensure that you are connected to the internet? And do you see any other error message? You may need to check your billing information, to ensure that you can download from the App Store. Have you tried downloading another free application, to make sure that is working? You can also try logging out of iTunes & the App Store and then log back in again.
