How do I change my apple music country back

I somehow accidentally changed the country of my apple id to South Korea and it wont let me listen to certain music. This happened when I tried to listen to a song that was only available in Korea on my mac and it kept saying it wasn't available until it suddenly was. Now certain songs are blocked and things are not working right in general on both my iPhone and mac.

iPhone X, iOS 12

Your Apple ID country hasn’t changed. The region for the iTunes Store has been changed. These need to match for the subscription to work.

Settings﹥iTunes & App Store﹥… will lead to a Country/Region setting. Change it back to the correct region. If that is not enough, then also sign out of your Apple ID account, and sign back in.
