Hi, I have an iPhone XS and it randomly plays music that is not even downloaded to my phone. I’ll open my phone and close all apps but when I lock my phone and touch the screen the random song is showing on my lock screen. Please help this is embarrassing when it happens. These aren’t even songs I own, or know most of the time. Again there is no apps open and it stays on my lock screen.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! It looks like you're having an issue with unknown music playing, and are unable to determine why this is happening. I can understand how this would be a concern, and want to help with some things for you to check for a possible answer.
Check in Settings > Sounds for any music selected for any of the Sounds and Vibration Patterns listed.
Scroll through the Settings screen for any apps, other than the Music app, which play music that you aren't familiar with having installed. Look through the Music app Library tab for any of the songs you've found playing. If you use other music apps, check those music apps also.
If you have Family Sharing, you may have shared content on your iPhone, as shown here: Share content with Family Sharing.
If you have the Shortcuts app installed, check for any installed shortcuts, as shown on this page: Shortcuts User Guide.
Verify Control Center has the Music app, and shows the same song that is playing when you hear the music.
Check Settings > Bluetooth for any devices connected which could play music. Unpair any device not being used.
After checking these settings, if you are not able to either find the music that is playing, or able to determine why, I'd suggest contacting Apple Support. They'll be able to work with you to determine what's happening. You can also give them a call at the number for your location from this list.
